We recently launched a new Help Desk, so when you first use it you will need to sign-up for a new account. If you ever forget your Help Desk password, you request to have a new password sent to you.

During our support hours (Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm Pacific Time), we will make every effort to respond to your support ticket within a few hours if not sooner.

We are available through our online Help Desk or by phone Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm Pacific Time.

Our servers and network are constantly being monitored to ensure that they are running properly. If a server goes down or loses its connectivity, we are paged immediately and we are usually working on a solution before you are even aware of a problem.

We are closed on the following US holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (and Friday after Thanksgiving) and Christmas Day.

 

Phone Based Contact

Limited phone support is available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm (Pacific Time).

Our phone number is 415-558-1746.

We are not operating a large call center, so if you do not reach us on the first try, please leave a message. We make every attempt to return calls within a few hours during our normal support hours. We do not check voicemail after hours or on the weekend. If you leave a voicemail, we will call you the following business day.
